Items are currently being shipped from Lithuania. Your orders are shipped with the registered Lithuanian priority post. The address of every shipped order is provided with a tracking number.
Delivery time within Europe is approx 1-2 weeks.
Delivery time for all other locations excluding European countries is approx 2-5 weeks.

Maufashion commits to ship an order that is in stock within 1-2 working days. However some of our products are not in stock, thus before making any order please contact us to know all the details. It might take us up to 1-2 weeks to produce, prepare and ship a custom order.

Maufashion ships to the address indicated on your order. Please send us the correct address included the post code and the telephone number.

We can not be held responsible for any shipping delays once a package has been shipped. Maufashion is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We do not take responsibility for lost packages. International parcels are lost, when 2 months have passed from shipping date. We don´t refund shipping fees.

Maufashion is not responsible for the fees of customs and/or import duties once a delivery reaches its international destination. Any such fees must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately Maufashion has no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.

PAYMENT

Select product and form the shopping cart, you will be able to choose the manner in which the amount paid. The buyer pays for the goods in the following ways:

1.Using payment PayPal (Service accepted for Whole world).

We use PayPal as a payment method on our website as it is one of the safest options available on the internet. Note: you don’t need a PayPal account to checkout and pay with PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

2. Electronic banking payment system using Paysera (Service accepted for Lithuania)

Booking at the end you will be redirected to Paysera system, where you can choose the most acceptable method of payment. You just have to choose the bank, which are using electronic services by clicking on the bank’s logo and you’ll be directed to your bank’s web site, which after entering your login details, you’ll see you have already formed the bill to be approved and paid. About your payment is made, we will find out shortly after the settlement execution. Payment via Paysera clients: Swedbank AB Bank; DnB Bank; SEB Bank; AB Citadele Bank; Danske Bank; Nordea Bank AB; Siauliu Bankas AB.

Refunds and Exchanges

Return of goods takes place in accordance with the 2001 June 29th. Lithuanian Minister of Economy Order no. 217 “on the return and exchange approval of the rules.”

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days after receiving it for exchange (we will offer you different size or other item, which is suitable for you) or refund. The goods have to be undamaged and unused though. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom and special orders can not be exchanged or refunded.
If the goods are manufactured according to buyer’s individual order or clearly applied to him, they remain unchanged and can not be returned.

If the goods are damaged, faulty on arrival or we sent you incorrect order please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange replacement of the goods or issue refund (we will also refund your initial postage and packing charges).

Before shipping back your return, send us an email at info@maufashion.eu for return instructions. Please include your order No. and item you are returning. For your protection please ensure that your return is shipped with Recorded Delivery (and it has a tracking number). Maufashion is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.
